Estonia – Standard VAT rate change

The standard VAT rate in Estonia is due to increase from 22% to 24% form 1st July 2025. The change in the standard VAT rate was set to be effective until the end of 2028 and was due to revert to 22%, however as per the Ministry of Finance amendment to the Security Tax Act, the intention is to make the 24% VAT rate permanent.
