Latvia – Proposal to delay B2B e-invoicing

As the final legislation and regulation on e-invoicing for B2B have not yet been published, there is growing concern that businesses will not be prepared for introduction of the e-invoicing in Latvia from 2026. Therefore, a proposal has been submitted to the Latvian Parliament to delay the implementation date until 2027.
