New Intrastat thresholds in Latvia

For the 2026 statistical year, Latvia has established updated Intrastat exemption thresholds to determine reporting obligations for intra-EU trade. Businesses exceeding these limits must submit monthly declarations to the Central Statistical Bureau of Latvia.

New Intrastat Thresholds for 2026
The exemption thresholds are calculated separately for the movement of goods into and out of Latvia and are as follows:

– Arrivals (Intra-EU Acquisitions): €350,000.

– Dispatches (Intra-EU Supplies): €220,000.
