Poland – KSeF Implementation

The Polish Ministry of Finance (MoF) has provided an update on the status of the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) and advised there are no plans to postpone the implementation of mandatoty KSeF, which is scheduled for 1st February 2026 for large taxpayers and from 1st April for other businesses. A revised version of the draft legislation is expected to be submitted to Council of Ministers in Q2 2025.
