Poland – New draft acts on KSeF published

Following a public consultation on the VAT Act related to the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) that enables the issuance and sharing of structured invoices, the Polish Ministry of Finance released revised draft act for public review. Additionally, two draft acts on the use of KSeF and exemption from KSeF were published.
