Poland – New draft version released of e-invoicing FA(3) schema

The Polish Ministry of Finance published a new draft version of the FA(3) structured invoice schema relating to the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).

The key changes in the new FA (3) draft include:
changes to code formats and schema variants
additional data types
new fields and functionalities have been added
expanded payment information
support for invoice attachments
improved correction invoice handling.
This is still a draft and the final FA(3) schema is expected to be released in June 2025 and is to replace the current FA(2) structured invoice schema for the upcoming transition on 1 February 2026.
