Luxembourg – Intrastat thresholds for 2026

For the 2026 calendar year, Luxembourg maintains its reporting thresholds for intra-community trade statistics (Intrastat). These thresholds determine whether a business must report its movement of goods to and from other European Union (EU) member states.

2026 Reporting Thresholds in Luxembourg
As of January 2026, the following annual exemption thresholds apply to businesses registered for VAT in Luxembourg:

Arrivals: €250,000
Dispatches: €200,000

Reporting Obligations & Deadlines

– Once a company exceeds either the arrival or dispatch threshold they must begin submitting monthly Intrastat declarations.

– Declarations must be submitted electronically to the Statistical Office by the 16th working day of the following month.
