Romania – Propose change to the Tax registration form

The Romanian tax authority published a draft bill with the proposal to update Tax Registration Form in order to harmonise the VAT section of the form with the amendments implemented for the Special VAT Scheme for small enterprises.

The proposed change in the form and instructions for completion are currently under public consultations.
