Niederlande - Gesetzentwurf zur Beibehaltung des ermäßigten Mehrwertsteuersatzes für Kultur, Medien und Sport angenommen
The Dutch Parliament approved the bill by which the VAT rate for culture, media and sports will be retained at the 9%. The VAT on accommodation will be however increased to 21% as of 1st January 2026.
The bill has now been forwarded to the Senate for further parliamentary discussion.
