Poland – 50% VAT deduction on road vehicles extended

The EU Council authorised Poland to extend the special measure limiting VAT deductions to 50% on the purchase, intra-Community acquisition, importation, hire, or leasing of certain motorised road vehicles and expenditure related to those vehicles, when the vehicles are used for both business and private purposes. This special measure will remain in place by Poland until 31st December 2028.
