Change in the Intrastat threshold in Greece
For 2026, Greece has modified its Intrastat reporting thresholds to simplify administrative burdens for smaller businesses engaged in intra-EU trade.
Key Threshold Changes for 2026
The updated statistical thresholds for the calendar year 2026 are:
– Arrivals: Increased to €250,000 (from the previous €200,000).
– Dispatches: Remains unchanged at €90,000.
Compliance Requirements
A business is required to submit an Intrastat declaration if:
- The total value of its intra-EU arrivals, dispatches in the previous year (2025) exceeded the new 2026 thresholds.
- The total value of its transactions in the current year (2026) exceeds the threshold at any point. In this case, reporting must begin in the month the limit is surpassed and continue until the end of the year.
